Our team has an extensive track record of successful transactions that encompass a vast array of asset classes including Single-Tenant (NNN Properties), Retail, Multifamily, Industrial, and Medical Office.

While it’s standard practice for us, it may not be common across the industry. We evenly split our commissions 50/50 with brokers who introduce Buyers to our exclusive listings. Our extensive database comprises over 15,000 brokers spanning the US and Europe, whom we actively engage with during our marketing campaigns.

Additionally, we prioritize visiting each property before listing it, regardless of its location within the US.

We assist both private equity firms and owner-occupants such as businesses in leveraging their real estate equity through a sale while retaining long-term control of their properties.

Advantages of Sale-Leasebacks include prompt access to capital that can be utilized for various purposes: Debt Reduction, Business Reinvestment, Venture Funding (M&A), and Financial Statement Enhancement.

Furthermore, Sale-Leaseback proceeds equal 100% of the property value, in contrast to a loan, which typically funds only 65 – 75%. This enables full capital recovery. Our expertise spans from initial strategy development to full execution.
